Do I have to place a separate order for embroidery?

YES! Due to embroidered items taking longer to manufacture, embroidery will be on an entirely separate store this year from printed spirit wear. You can visit our embroidery exclusive site here.

You will receive an email confirmation and pick up/shipping notification from EACH site.

There are NO exceptions to this new policy.

How do I care for my garments?

For best results, please wash garments on cold and inside out with no bleach or fabric softeners. Hang dry or tumble dry low is recommended. If you need to iron, choose the lowest setting. High heats will break down the printed logo and reduce the longevity of the design.

Will Ripon Print Studio carry merchandise on hand?

Ripon Print Studio will keep a small variety of printed garments (including PE) on hands at all times. Due to the vastness of the RIHS spirit wear collection, we will not have all garments/designs on hand at all times. If customers are looking for something specific, they are encouraged to place an order online for the fastest possible service.

We will NOT keep an active stock level of embroidered apparel. Embroidery items are are made to order and must be placed on the online store.

What is the return policy?

Ripon Print Studio prides itself on providing excellent printing on quality garments. Should your garment or design be defective PRIOR to wearing/washing, we are happy to exchange/replace the defective apparel. At this time we do not offer returns for any reason other than a manufacturer defect or a mistake on the part of Ripon Print Studio. Customers are encouraged to verify all order details before completing an order.

If an item in your order IS defective prior to wearing/washing. We are happy to print a replacement garment in the exact same size, color, and style. Customers will also need to return the defective merchandise to us at our location 215 W Main Street, Ripon before the replacement garment is released.

What are your store hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We are located at 215 W. Main Street in Ripon, CA.

Will the school carry merchandise on hand?

At this time the school does NOT have merchandise on hand. RIHS may do an order part way through the year, but for the fastest possible service, we encourage customers to place an online order.

How will I know my order is ready?

We will ALWAYS email you at the provided email address (associated with the order) once the order is available for pick up or shipping. Please check your spam email as well in case our messages got filtered there.

Can I pick up my current order at the Roll In in August?

No, we will not offer order pick up at the Riptide Roll-In in August and will only have merchandise for immediate purchase available. We will have direct links to place an order, but we will NOT have dedicated personnel or devices to assist with custom orders. Our shop will still be open standard business hours during the Roll-In for order pick up.

What kind of bottoms can I wear to school?

You can view the RIHS dress code policy here.

Can I customize what is in the Student Starter Packages?

No all RIHS package items are preset and priced accordingly so they may NOT be customized.

Terms and Conditions

Turnaround Time

All of our merchandise is custom and made to order. Orders typically take 9-12 business days to manufacture and another 2-4 business days for shipping.

Partial Orders

Ripon Print will not allow for partial order pick up/shipping, except for extenuating circumstances determined by Ripon Print Studio. Customers must wait until the entirety of the order is complete before said order will be shipped or marked ready for pick up.

We will not group together embroidery and printed orders so you may receive multiple packages since they are separate orders.

Custom Orders

River Islands High School is a uniform school with very specific branding guidelines. Ripon Print Studio is not authorized to stray from said guidelines and cannot make an exception for any reason. If you have questions about uniform policies please click here.

Receiving Orders

Ripon Print Studio has offered to ship/drop off your order for no additional charge this year. Should you opt to pick up your order, you will be required to sign for your order at pick up. Anyone may pick up your order for you, but once an order has been signed for, RPS releases all responsibility/liability for any order inaccuracies.

Shipping/Receiving

Ripon Print Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once in mail carrier's possession. Should an order be lost or damaged in the shipping process or is stollen off a doorstep/mailbox, please contact your local carrier to file a claim for compensation.

We are also not responsible for unclaimed orders after one complete school year.

Garment Substitution

Ripon Print Studio reserves the right to substitute garments (within the RIHS branding guidelines) for any reason. Reasons include, but are not limited to- backordered items, product price increase, product availability, shipping delays etc. We will always guarantee mindful substitutions that have the same color/fabric/style.
